The property is well located and it is a cozy place. The staff are very friendly.

I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.

Unfortunately, we rarely write negative reviews, but we would not want another family to experience what we did. The apartment had a very strong rotten odour mixed with a heavy soapy scent from the moment we walked in. The smell was overwhelming and made it difficult for our family to sleep. We contacted management immediately, and to their credit, they responded very quickly. They arranged for the apartment to be cleaned again the next day. When we returned, the odour was about 10–20% better, and because finding another hotel late in the evening with children would have been very difficult, we decided to stay. Unfortunately, by our last night the odour had returned just as strongly as it had on the first day. To make matters worse, we also found a cockroach at the entrance to the apartment when we came back around 10:00 p.m. Since we had an early morning flight, we had no practical choice but to remain there for the night. I do want to acknowledge that the communication from management was excellent. They checked on us regularly and even offered to let us cancel our reservation free of charge. However, after reading reviews from late June and July describing the same odour problem, we found it unacceptable that guests were still being placed in these apartments despite an apparent ongoing issue. The location was convenient, and the apartment itself was a good size. However, based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here until the underlying odour problem is
